Do you have a shop I can come to?
We currently operate out of our HQ bakery where we bake from and all your orders are dispacted from. You can collect an order from here if you order online but we do not offer walk ins but watch this space as Chanel's Cakery Shop pending...
Your website isn't loading, is it broken?
When our website appears blank it means we have no products available at that time. We restock once weekly, every wednesday at 7:30pm and are usually sold out by friday afternoon.
Can I order if I have an allergy?
We reccomend not to order if you have any allergies as we work in a kitchen handling lots of different allergens such as nuts, gluten, eggs, soya and dairy and there could be traces in every product.
Bakery product ingredients:
Each product you order has a full ingredient list attached as well as a allergen card included in your order. All products contain the main allergens WHEAT, EGGS, SOYA, DAIRY, NUTS OR TRACES. We do not offer gluten or dairy free.
My order has been dispatched, when will it be with me?
All orders are posted Royal Mail tracked 24 and aim to arrive within 3 working days of dispatch. Most orders arrive next day, however this is not a guarantee.
How long with the postal items stay fresh for?
All our postal items stay freshest for around a week, there will be a BBD on each product, this can be increased if kept covered and in the fridge. Bakes can be eaten up to 3 weeks.
Can items be frozen?
Yes, bakes can be frozen up to 3 months. They can defrost at room temperature or you can heat them up in the microwave.
Do you have all the appropriate documents?
Yes, we have a 5 star hygiene rating awarded by our local council, a level 2 food hygiene and safety certificate and product/public liability insurance.
What can’t be posted?
Items that can’t be sent through the post due to them being too delicate is cakes, cupcakes, smash hearts and graze boxes.
Can you pack my order on tiktok?
Unfortunately not all tiktok requests can be fulfilled as it is very time consuming so please don’t be offended if your order isn’t packed on tiktok. We try to pick out a few to post.
What happens if items arrive broken?
We DO NOT supply refunds for any items that arrive broken / damaged. i.e a broken in half cookie or brownie. This is because it does not affect the edibility of the item . All products are secured with bubble bags and peanuts to try to avoid this issue.
What if I don't like the taste of the products?
Taste is very subjective and so we would not provide any refunds or replacements if you do not like the taste of a certain product.
